    Default Tomcat bug with ap

    I have never had any problems with tomcat but when I installed eMatrix 10.6.2.0 I get an error message when I start it up. Others I have asked said it is a bug to do with the NLS_LANG. I think I might have to start from scratch.

    Are you able to go in and correct the NLS_lang? I'm not quite sure why this particular error would stop tomcat from working, but maybe people with more experience know more than me.
