I think you should add more content and don't leave the both side of your homepage blank, To give you more feedback each and every respect - looks, rank, SERP, relevancy is time consuming, I think you should use couple of seo tools to find the information you're looking for.

If this is your business site , and u want to earn some business out of this, i must say you need to change your website design completely. It looks like a personal web page to me. You need a professional website with lots of good content on it with a absolutely good design and layout

First of all remove the links which are broken or which have nothing to display such as the "Query link "

And as suggested by Chitra you have to work a lot on content cause some links redirects to the Home page. The website requires a lot of On page as well as Offpage optimization.
So its better to start at early.
