The price that you need to pay would be the difference of the price between the two packages.
For ex: If you have our Windows VPS ENTREPRENEUR package for which you are paying an 'X' amount and now you wish to upgrade to Windows VPS ENTERPRISE plan which costs 'Y' amount.The price that you would need to pay would be "Y - X".

The time of set up would vary depending on the upgrade server you choose.

You will only need to pay the price difference if you would like upgrade your hosting package, however, this is not valid for dedicated server upgrade. You will need to pay the applicable charges of the dedicated server you upgrade to.
