WordPress, its very user friendly and its actually very easy to get help with these famous CMS's. You get a lot of new updated and applications for WordPress.

Years of existence, trusted and reliable. I would go with Joomla, for a person without much technical knowledge like me, Joomla provides an out standing experience and platform with a powerful CMS
