I managed to meet an unofficial source about this which is saying the date for the release of Windows 8 is 1st July 2011, I think its just a rumor.

Yes possibly its rumor, as Windows 7 is doing great in the market then why Microsoft will take the risk of loosing its market by launching Windows 8.

Yeah, they are developing it with lot of pleasant surprises, like inbuilt PDF reader, Advanced Task Manager, New Disk cleanup tool, New games etc...

I searched for the updates and found new browser in it with a new interface but not impressed so much.

This can be a very bad news for IE lovers as it is already struggling hard against Mozilla firefox and Google Chrome.
