I am facing a slow speed problem for my laptop. Just thinking of using a good Registry cleaner but found some suspicious reviews about it. I would like you people to share your view about it.

Yes Oliver, it is possible but it is very risky.

Jack is right as 'Registry' is one of the most important part of Windows OS, you can consider it as a database recording the information and logs of any software installed on a computer system. Hence it becomes highly risky to edit the Registry manually.

Few months ago, I installed one of the such registry cleaner software on my PC but when I tried to uninstall it, it always one unknown file on the PC which can not be deleted. I would like to share if anybody has faced such suspicious problem.

I have not faced such a problem but just read one article about such suspicious softwares which leave such suspicious files on your PC which can not deleted after uninstalling that particular software.
