In the large organizations network or IP PBX VOIP replaces traditional PBX or telephone network and assign each employee a personal extension, the ability to make conference calls, call transfer, easy communication with colleagues, etc ... All calls are made by data packets over a data network rather than traditional telephone network. By using the VOIP gateway, you can connect existing phone lines to the PBX IP and pass and receive phone call via regular PSTN line.

While using a VoIP conference call, the audio format data is sent in digital packets through internet lines.

Yes, many of the VoIP user face this problem, under VoIP technology your data need to cross longer distance through many hubs and routers and that makes it a little distorted.

Scheduling your VoIP conference calls during low traffic hours is the key to remain away from such distortion so that low traffic flow would enable a trouble free conference calls.

Many people use this service as you don’t have to meet your employees physically. This service is web based and you can do it from anywhere anytime in the world. There is so much VOIP info about conference calling, that you will have no reason not to go for this service.

The VoIP providers make use of VOIP software that is more reliable and produces better voice quality. One of the unique features of VOIP conference is its ability to send audio over the internet at low bandwidths with high sound quality.

Well VoIP which stands for 'Voice over Internet Protocol' has the ability to make use of internet for long distance phone calls to overcome the high charges charged by phone cellular services providers.

IP phones is the amazing invention I liked most under VoIP technology, It allows you to feel like using normal phone services but actually you use it as VoIP.
