This is my issue when I see a site that offers only web hosting or only cheap web hosting but no one seems actually offer both cheap web hosting and web hosting support. Shouldn't they go hand in hand? Maybe I am just odd and thinking outside the box.

Adding "Cheap" to the web hosting plans or services is just a technique to attract customers and there are no such hosting plans available.

While choosing hosting services, every user tries to find out a hosting service at a cheaper rate and sometimes they go to an extent where they actually ignore the kind of hosting services they are getting which in my opinion shouldn't be done.

If one is looking forward to run sites on the internet, he/she should try and find the most suitable plan for hosting the sites and should also make sure that the support offered is of good quality (preferably 24x7 ).

Support 24/7 is one thing I defiantly want. You never really know when you will run in to a problem. I don't even know what time it would be in most other countries or India. I like an Indian company that offers 24/7 support as well as Reseller Hosting.

Maybe a better word would be reasonable. I see some prices that are just through the roof and there is really no need for it at all. So etch out cheap and add in reasonable, why is it that so many places still offer un-reasonable prices without support. You would think a good place (like this) would offer both, but other places are not catching on.

No they aren't catching on are they. I am not sure why other companies do that. Maybe just to make a profit. That is why a web hosting company that provides good support is like a gold mind. It is nice to have a web hosting company that actually cares about its customers.
