If you are receiving the below error while deleting the domain from plesk control panel

Error: Unable to remove domains: Problems occured while removing domains: Delete database user failed: The database principal owns a fulltext catalog in the database, and cannot be dropped.
Then the error is due to the database user which is created for the domain.

First you need to delete the database user and then you can delete the domain. if the database user is not deleted from the Plesk then you have to delete it from the Psa database on the server.
