I think it depends on the company. Some companies give excellent support to recipients of reseller accounts, but others do not. Individual policies should reveal which way they go.

The hosting business, with reseller package or dedicated server is totally depends on your business decision. If you have a large customer base then dedicated server probably the ideal solution, as you get total control over your server. You can also consider vps for reselling hosting account as it offers similar environment like dedicated hosting.Originally Posted by tseb

If the web hosting provider is good, then I don't think there should be any issue with the support quality, either you have a Dedicated server or not. The only benefit you get is network infrastructure, better hardware resources and better security with Dedicated Server Hosting.

It is purely depended on the web hosting company. You will get support on all the plans equally if you have good web hosting company. I am sure that Host.co.in is one of the best web hosting companies which provide better hosting service and customer support

Well, IMPO support should be equal for all the clients and on all web hosting services. However, some web hosting companies may provide support on the basis of the hosting plans customers choose. Host.co.in is definitely one of the finest web hosting and technical support provider who values each customer equally.
