Issue: Not able to receive email from some email address.
cpanel exim logs show following:

temporarily rejected RCPT : Could not complete sender verify callout
To fix this issue you need disable user callouts option.
You will find this option under WHM -->> Exim configuration editor -->> Sender Verification Callouts (Set this to Default i.e OFF)
