Account Creation Status: failed

While creating new account from cPanel if you receive following error,

Account Creation Status: failed
Your system has run out of available ip addresses, or you do not have permission to use any more ip addresses. (Unable to find an ip address.)

then, the error says that you are creating the new cpanel account with dedicated IP assigned to it but there are no free IPs available on your server.

The option to have dedicated IP assigned to newly created account is mentioned in the Package that is to be assined to the account.

To avoid this error and create the account on shared IP, one need to create new package which does not force creation of account with dedicated IP or can use default package.
