The magento does not work also does not show the error but shows the line

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.
The above line is displayed if Error display is disabled in the magento. To enable it follow the steps given below,

1) go to path

/home/cpusername/public_html/magneto/errors may be different if not cPanel

2) Copy local.xml.sample to local.xml

Now you will get the errors displayed by Magento and you can debug the installation.
