The CMD_SHOW_ALL_USERS page is generated from a cache file:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/show_all_users.cache

This file can be recreated by typing:
echo "action=cache&value=showallusers" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue
/usr/local/directadmin/dataskq d
This file is kept updated by DA and is updated for any domain or user changes. This cache file is also recreated in entirety during the nightly tally. The single user updates only update thefile for that one entry.
