    Default Secure Connection Error

I am facing an issue with one the sites for which we installed a SSL certificate. I am getting an error while trying to open the site that "The Security Certificate presented by your website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority"

What should be done in this case.?

Can you please elaborate the situation. Are you using a free SSL certificate or a private certificate. Both would have different scenario's.

    Default Private SSL Certificate

We are using a Private SSL Certificate with all the steps followed while installation, still facing issues.

    Please suggest!

If you are using a private SSL certificate, I think you are facing this problem because of missing CA (Certificate Authority) bundle. I would suggest you to reinstall the certificate and check the available CA bundle.

Using an older version of SSL protocol also may be one reason for this problem. make sure to use latest version of SSL protocol.

I think it's problem with CA. It may possible CA change its key of authenticate certificate. You may contact CA for update your SSL certificate.
