Domain clocking is similar to parking a domain one on another. Suppose you have 2 domains:-
    1)www.mydomain.com
    2)mydomain1.com

When the user types mydomain1.com into their browser they get sent to www.mydomain.com but the domain name does not change, they will see mydomain1.com

The term is actually "Domain Cloaking". It is also referred as "Domain Masking". It basically a type of redirect but in this method, the domain remains the same and the content of some other website is displayed under the domain. Both the domains show the same content.

Domain Cloaking is beneficial to webmasters who have their websites serving different countries. For example, if a webmaster has customers in India as well as in the US, he may register a domain bcd[dot]co[dot]in and bcd[dot]com and keep the same website. Visitors from US will visit the .com domain and visitors from India will visit .co.in domain but eventually visitors from both the countries will land on the same website.
