    Default Spam issues

Possibely we can do something as changing the username for the client and the passwords for the affected email account, or we can try deleting the email account, but we should make sure that we should take the backup of that email account incase it has any important emails in it. When we will change the username the main email account will get created with different email ID that will probably help us to resolve the issue.

We can use spamassassin and make the ip or domain name in black_list from where those spams are coming, to prevent those spams.

Also use mail filters and write proper rules to filter those spams.

Make her default address set to :fail: or :blackhole:.

    Add that ip(spammer's) in exim_deny.
Set rule in iptables to deny that IP from access of port 110.

Post mails to spamcop and others reliable source, informing about the spams with all the header.

You can also add SPF record for the domain if it is not added.

    Default useful

This has come in useful for me. The next time I see a shooting star I am going to wish for all the spammers in the world to go away or find something better to do with their time.

This is a good idea but this is not recommended. If we delete the email then we will inform all the important contacts that we will change email. And all emails in our advertisements, especially in the offline ads like calling cards or billboards, need to be changed.

I would agree with using software to block spams.

I agree, deleting account is not the solution.
Especially when you have several accounts to deal with.
