Configuration Problem !!

Hello Everyone,
I have been browsing through this website since last few days for hosting a 'Dedicated Server'.
Unfortunately, all the machines which I have seen is overpriced; Although through the Online Chat I got a few good quotes, but still I'm not getting the exact, which I'm looking forward to.

Here's the configuration which I want :

Dual Core Intel Xeon E3110
4 GB DDR2 RAM
100 GB SATA HDD
Bandwidth: 3000 GB or more
Control Panel: Plesk 5 Domains

Hopefully, I will get the above mentioned specs. My budget is Rs.6000 - 7000 & looking forward to take 3 of them.
I actually got most of the names through Online Chat session only , but these were parts of different machines, not as a whole.

So,kindly help me in this matter
