500 Internal Server error for all ASP errors

[FONT="Trebuchet MS"][COLOR="Black"]It’s difficult to debug ASP errors in a browser, when its error code 500 or 404. As options in IE that overrides errors to more “friendly” pages. Error comes as a 500.100 Internal Server Error, and in some situations a 404 Page cannot be found error. Such error pages makes end user and also web master crazy.
Typical format for error 500 is,

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.

You can avoid such predefined error message, by following these 2 steps on client system and on the server where website is hosted.

May be this can happened by the version of browser. if IE-5, defaults to a ridiculous option that suppresses errors to a more friendly error. This comes back to the user as a 500.100 internal server error and in certain scenarios a 404 Page cannot be found error, and doesn't leave the user much information to pass on to the webmaster, except to tell them that "The page cannot be displayed."
